Living as X generation between the Ys and Zeds is a piece of cake.

 

Yes - indeed :) Here is the answer:

it is all about the way I have already been working. [cooperation with youg people, elder generations, business partners and companies].

My secrets are:

empathy &stepping forward. There is no time for wondering

if anything is wrong or correct.

Core values for me are: needs'-based planning, staying tuned [discussing, meetings, (online) brainstorming], taking right decisions and of course offering alternative solutions.

The last one is ace up my sleeve!

 

Dealing with other people brings me a lot of energy and feedback. In my private life I charge my batteries up during meetings with my friends, relaxing in the nature, following the new media and listening to indie or alternative rock music... and - I'm serious: never loosing touch with the virtual world.

WHAT I'VE BEEN DOING

The international retail / apparel environment is my everyday life.

It is the place, where I have already been working in and putting a lot of interests in eCommerce area.

In my work I am responsible for photo shoot management. According to merchandise plans

I find new solutions, plan, discuss, create and manage short- and long- term photo shoot projects for running and planned online & offline campaigns.  The main destinations are: eCommerce, press, POS, social media.

 

Setting up manuals and the right motivation of my team is reflected in better results.

 

It is also important for me to be up-to-date with the competitors' moves. Tracking their running campaigns on the web gives me a clear feedback about the common  situation in retail / fashion industry.
